Our guarantee
Our houses have been constructed using the appropriate building materials to withstand normal conditions encountered on Samui Island. We guarantee the structure of the house (posts,walls, roof structure and material, beams, etc.) against such normal eventualities and will repair any damages arising from them.

Rental agreement
As a home owner at Tamarind Retreat, you can choose to stay in your home, or have us rent the property for you on a commission basis when you are not in residence.
